Workshop Content: This hands-on workshop offers something different: a systematic framework that will remain relevant regardless of which AI tools emerge next. You’ll leave with practical workflows you can implement immediately.

In this workshop, we focus on linking conceptual questions, including the Claude AI Fluency Framework (delegation, description, discernment, and diligence), with practical prompting. We will discuss a few fundamental questions such as:

Diligence – How to refine and iterate for professional-quality results?

All parts of the workshop aim to derive clear, specific workflows for tasks for business strategy and business growth.

We’ll work through real scenario to optimise business strategies, execute strategies and at later time revaluate together, developing workflows you can use the next day. Workshop participants will receive beforehand a workshop manual summarizing key aspects for prompting and examples.
