THE WHY — A PERSONAL NOTE

Because someone once believed in me.

This page is not a manifesto. It is the story of why I care about multiplying people — told the way I would tell it to you over coffee in Maastricht.

CH. 01

The teacher who asked instead of told.

I was not the fastest student in the room. But one person kept handing me questions slightly bigger than I was — and waited. That waiting changed what I believed about my own ceiling.

CH. 02

Crossing borders, collecting perspectives.

Living and working across cultures taught me that intelligence looks different everywhere — and that the leader’s job is not to have the answer, but to find the genius native to each person.

CH. 03

Now: multiplying on purpose.

What was once accidental is now deliberate. iamjeanmaurice.com is my public notebook — the questions, books and experiments I use to make the people around me smarter, starting with myself.

"Ask the question that makes the room smarter — then be quiet."
